浅谈郑州植物园管理现状及培训措施

Present Management Situation of Zhengzhou Botanical Garden

对郑州植物园从事科普服务工作的在职人员管理现状进行了调查,分析了园林绿化管理人员工作中存在的5个方面问题:对栽植的植物不够熟悉,对专类园管护不够精细,服务质量不高,园艺水平有待提高,科普教育服务水平有限。为了更好地服务市民,促进植物园的发展,提高植物园管理干部和职工队伍的综合素质,针对以上问题,提出了植物园在职人员培训5个方面的改进建议。

Based on the investigation of staff who work in science education in Zhengzhou Botanical Garden, this article analyzes five existing problems;unfamiliar to the plants, insufficient conservation management of theme garden,low service quality, poor horticulture ability and low level of science education. In order to serve citizens better and promote the development of the botanical garden, the article proposes five aspects of suggestions in staff training.
