散杂居民族地区扶贫开发的调查和思考——以湖南省道县井塘瑶族乡为例

Research of Poverty Alleviation and Development in Scattered——Living Minority Nationality Regions

指出了我国的扶贫开发事业虽然进入了一个新的阶段,但我国民族地区尤其是散杂居民族地区的贫困问题没有得到有效彻底解决,仍然面临着严峻的形势。以湖南省道县井塘瑶族乡为例,在阐述经济发展基本情况的基础上,分析和探讨了扶贫开发面临的现状,并提出了摆脱贫困的对策及建议。

Eliminating poverty and achieving common prosperity are the essential requirements of the socialist system. With the promulgation of the＂China＇s Rural Poverty Alleviation and Development Program （2011-- 2020）＂, the career of poverty alleviation and development in china has stepped into a new stage. However, The poverty of the ethnic minority areas, especially in scattered--living regions, has not been effectively completely resolved and Still faces a serious situation. This paper is trying to analyse the status of the cur- rent poverty alleviation and development through elaborating the basic situation of economic development, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of eliminating poverty（taking Jingtan Yao Township in Dao County, Yongzhou, Hunan province） .
