摘要
围绕莱芜分公司炼铁厂4^#265m^2烧结机烟气脱硫工程,分析了烧结粉尘成分及危害,通过采用烟气前期预处理,中间加强胺液净化等对策,实现了脱硫效率95%以上、SO2排放浓度100mg/m^3左右,确保烧结烟气中SO2达标排放。
Centering branch company, the on the flue gas desulfurization project of 4# sinter in the ironmaking plant of Laiwu dust components and its damage are analyzed, and through gas pretreatment in earlier stage and strengthening the cleaning of amine liquid in middle links, the desulfurization efficiency is reached above 95%, the emission density of SO2 is controlled about 100 mg/m3, thus, the standard discharge of SO2 in the sintering gas can be reached.
