Transformation of Φ3 m×9 m Primary Mixer in Laigang

菜芜分公司炼铁厂老区105m^2烧结机一次混合机筒体在使用过程中频繁出现开裂问题，致使生产不能稳定运行。对此进行了原因分析并提出改造措施，从根本上解决了简体开裂难题，延长了混合机筒体的使用寿命。

Aiming at the cracking phenomena of cylinder of the primary mixer in 105m2 sinter at old area of the ironmaking plant of Laiwu Branch Company, which further leading to unstable running of production. For this case, the cause analysis is carried out, and the transformation measures are put forward, thus, the cracking problem of cylinder is solved fundamentally and the service life of cylinder in the primary mixer is prolonged successfully.
