冶金铁路长大坡道防爬行技术的研究

Research on Anti-creeping Technique for Long Steep Grade in Metallurgic Railways

莱钢颜庄线受地形限制，是一条曲线多，坡道大的企业铁路专用线，轨道类型为P50轨、扣板式扣件。因线路爬行造成线路轨缝不合适危及行车安全,轨枕歪斜缩短轨枕使用寿命等病害。通过应用弹条Ⅰ型扣件和自制永泥枕防爬设备，彻底整治了线路爬行病害，消除了不良轨缝，减少了胶垫损坏和轨枕歪斜数量，减轻了日常维修工作量，提高了线路品质，确保了铁路安全运营。

Limited to the topography of Yanzhuang line in Laigang,which is a special railway for the enterprise with more curve and long steep grade,and the railway track＇mode is P＇50 track and clip fastener. Rail creeping can cause the unsuitable rail gap,which furthermore endangering the driving safety ,and the sleeper skew will shorten the service life of sleepers. Through using I spring bar fastener and self-made cement sleeper anti-creeping devices, the rail creeping disease is renovated and the bad rail gaps are eliminated, the damage of rubber pads and the numter of the sleeper skew are reduced, then, the workload in routine repair is alleviated, the quality of railway line is improved and the safety operation of railway is ensured.
