摘要
通过采用三维软件对转炉耳轴孔进行优化设计,同时设计深孔加工装置及在线加工工艺,实现转炉耳轴底吹在线深;fU~_T-,为氧气顶吹转炉在线底吹改造提供了保证。
Through optimizing the design on the trunnion holes of converter by using three-dimensional softwares, and designing the equipments for deep hole machining and on-line machining processes, ihe on-line bottom-blowing deep hole machining is realizing, providing a guarantee for on-line bottom-blowing transformation of oxygen top-blowing converter.
