The paper introduces the smelting, LF refining, continuous casting and round steel＇s continuous rolling processes of T6JMn spring steel by JOt uhp electric arc furnace, and through the narrow composition design and the strict control of field production process, the quality of T65 Mn spring rounds is steady, meeting the technical requirements and obtaining the consumers＂ accreditation.
