旋流井工程土方开挖防护和主体半逆作法施工

摘要 莱钢棒材厂型钢工艺技术改造工程之旋流井项目的施工,土方开挖防护采用扶壁柱、环形梁、锚杆框架结构支护,内设钢管脚手架支撑及外挂密目网,旋流井主体采用半逆作施工方法既保证了工程的质量安全和进度又降低了施工成本。 During the construction of whiffing the frame structure of buttress, ring beam and well project in the technology transformation engineerings, anchor is used to support the protection of earth excavation, the steel pipe scaffold is used to support inside and the closely-knitted safety net is hanged outside, moreover, the part-reverse construction method is used for the main body of whirling well not only to ensure the quality safety and the progress of construction but also decrease the construction costs.
