早期功能矫治技术在儿童正畸中的应用

Application of early functional rectification to children's orthodontic treatment

目的研究早期功能矫治技术(T4K)在儿童安氏Ⅱ类替牙期非暂时性错合畸形中的应用及效果。方法选择11例安氏Ⅱ类非暂时性错合畸形的替牙期患者,采用T4K矫治器进行早期矫治,观察6～8个月,对比治疗前后的咬合关系、面型、骨型变化。结果矫治6～8个月后,11例患者均有效。患儿牙列排列明显改善,面型有所改观,UI-NA角、ANB角显著变化,SNA角、SNB角、LI-NB角、NP-FH角、ANS-Me高度有变化。结论 T4K功能矫治器对于安氏Ⅱ类替牙期非暂时性错合畸形的儿童,在排齐牙列、改善面型、干预颌骨不良生长发育方面有较好效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the application and effects of early functional rectification in the correction of children＇s Angle class Ⅱ non - temporary malocclusion deformity in the mixed dentition period. Methods Eleven patients with Angle class Ⅱ non - temporary malocclusion deformity in the mixed dentition period were selected and received the early functional rectification by T4K appliance and were followed up for 6 - 8 months. Comparisons were made in occluding relation and changes of face and bone types before and after the treatment. Results After the correction for 6 - 8 months, all 11 patients were effective. Their dentition alinement and face type were significantly improved. There were significant changes in their UI - NA and ANB angles and the heights of SNA, SNB, LI - NB, NP - FH, and ANS - Me angles. Conclusion T4K appliance has good effects on the alinement of dentition, improvement of face type, and intervention in the unhealthy growth and development of jaw bones in children with Angle class Ⅱ non - temporary malocclusion deformity in the mixed dentition period and is worthwhile to be promoted.
