春砂仁传粉及其生殖生物学研究进展(综述)

Advances in Pollination and Reproductive Biology of Amomum villosum

春砂仁是我国南方一种重要的中草药,受自身遗传特性和环境因素的影响,其自然结实率极低,严重制约了其医疗用药。为了探讨影响春砂仁产量的生物学机理,进而为生产上提高春砂仁果实产量提供理论基础,本文对春砂仁雌、雄配子体发育及传粉、受精过程、果实和种子发育等方面的研究状况进行概述,并对存在的问题和未来研究趋势进行展望。

Amomum villosum is a kind of important Chinese medicinal plant in the southern of China. Its natural fertility is extremely low because of the influence on hereditary property and environmental factor. In order to raise its fruit output and discuss its biology mechanism, a review of researches about its development of male gametophyte and female gametophyte, pollination and fertilization, fruits and seeds was summarized.
