摘要 重视学生能力培养是目前高等职业教育的必然趋势。根据社会需求和学校实际情况,在充分借鉴CDIO理念的基础上,以培养学生能力为切入点,提出竞技体育专业在培养目标、课程设计、学生学习、教职员工发展、考核评价等五个方面的改革方案。 It is an inevitable trend for the current higher vocational education to pay more attention to the cultivation of student's ability.This paper attempts to offer five reform measures from the perspectives of the cultivation aim,the subject design,the students learning,the faculty member development and the assessment and evaluation in competitive sports major,with the investigation of social needs and the school reality,the reference of CDIO educational philosophy and the cut-in point of the cultivation of student's ability.
