分析知识产权滥用和反垄断法的概念和它们之间的关系,对我国反垄断法规制知识产权滥用的必要性和可行性进行初步的论证,提出关于我国反垄断立法中对知识产权滥用进行法律规制时应明确的问题和建议等。

This paper has,from the connotations and relationships of abusing of intellectual property rights and anti-monopoly law,analyzed the necessity and feasibility of regulating abusing of intellectual property rights by anti-monopoly law,and proposed some problems and suggestions in China anti-monopoly of abusing intellectual property rights.
