加强高校后勤档案管理工作的思考

高校后勤档案是高校后勤活动的直接记录和高校档案建设的重要组成部分,既有助于保障高校的正常运转,也是实现高校后勤管理科学化的重要依据。随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入,高校后勤档案管理也遇到了不少新问题和新挑战。分析当前高校后勤档案管理工作中存在的突出问题,有的放矢地提出解决办法,对做好新形势下的高校后勤档案工作不无裨益。

College rear--service archives, the direct records of college rear--service activities and the important component of college archive construction, will help colleges run smoothly and realize college rear--service scientific man- agement. With the socialization reform of college rear--service, college rear--service archive management is confronted with some new challenges. This paper has studied the existing problems and proposed some solutions to college rear-- service archives management in the oeriod.
