基于兴趣小组的动漫专业教改实践与创新研究

A Study of Teaching Practice and Innovation Based on Interest Groups of Animation Major

通过推行与生产劳动和社会实践相结合的"边学边做、边做边学"学习模式,把校企合作、工学结合作为高等职业教育动漫人才培养模式改革的重要切入点,充分发挥动漫兴趣小组在教改实践中的"以点带面"作用,改革教学方法和手段,融"教、学、做"为一体,强化学生动漫设计与制作能力的培养,开展灵活多样的"边学边做"、"边做边学"教改实践活动,推进动漫专业的建设与发展,培养符合社会需求的高端技能型动漫人才。

Through the implementation of the learning mode of ＂learning through doing and doing while learning＂, we should start with reform of personnel training which stresses the cooperation between college and enterprises and combination between work and learning, fully develop the interest groups~ role of fanning out from a point to an area in the teaching re- form, innovate our teaching methods and means and combine teaching, learning and doing into one, enhance the training of students＇ ability of animation design and production, and organize diversified activities around learning through doing and doing while learning in an attempt to drive the construction and development of animation major and train personnel with high tech- niques in accordance with social demand.
