摘要
图书馆文化具有包容性、开放性和人文性等特征。传统文化、地域文化、制度文化和现代科学技术对图书馆文化特征成型有重要的影响。图书馆文化应坚持多元化及个性发展的路径。
The library culture is characterized by inclusiveness, opening and humanity. And traditional, geographic, and institutional cultures and modern science and technology all exert influence on the formation of library culture. Accordingly, we should seek a personalized path of diversified development of library culture.
