摘要
目的了解护士岗位继续教育培训手册在临床应用的效果。方法对2011年回收的862本不同年资及职称护士的培训手册完成情况进行相关项目的统计学分析。结果培训手册完成情况的好坏与学历、年度理论考核成绩的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与职称、年度操作考核成绩的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);岗位继续教育培训手册对护士教学水平、科研能力的提高具有一定作用。结论护士岗位继续教育培训手册的完成情况不能直接反映护理操作的培训效果,但其内容增强了护士接受培训的依从性、自觉性以及护理管理者对培训教学的计划性和规范性,同时有助于护理人员教学和科研水平的提高。
Objective To understand the effect of nurse's continuing education training manual in the clinical application. Methods Totally 862 different seniority title nurses' training manuals were recalled in 2011,and the data were collected and statistically analyzed. Results The completion of training manuals and the degree of the year, the theoretical examination are statistically significant differences in the scores (P ~ 0.05) ,while the scores of the title and annual operation assessment differences were not significantly different (P ~ 0. 05) ;nurse's continuing education training manual had some good effect on the enhance- ment of nurse teaching and scientific research ability. Conclusion The completion of nurse's continuing education training manual can't directly reflect the nursing practice training effect, but its content enhances the nurse training compliance, consciousness, nursing managers' planning and normative to training and teaching.
