基于温差发电的车载手机充电装置设计

摘要 本文计以温差发电为基础,汽车热源(如发动机,排气管)为载体,AT89C52单片机为控制核心,设计了一款车载手机充电装置。该装置主要由温差发电片、LM2577升压稳压电路、AT89C52、MAXl898充电电路和DS2438检测电路等模块组成。该装置通过温差模块直接将汽车余热转换成电能,通过以AT89C52单片机为核心的充电模块对手机电池进行充电。 On the basis of thermoelectric generation, the heat source of automobile (such as engine and exhaust pipe) is taken as the carrier and AT89C52 SCM as the control core, a vehicle-mounted mobile phone charging device has been designed in this paper. The device is mainly consists of the modules of thermoelectric generation chip, LM2577 voltage boosting and stabilizing circuit, AT89C52 SCM, MAX1898 charging circuit and DS2438 detection circuit, etc. This device converts waste heat of motor vehicle into electrical energy directly to recharge a mobile phone battery by means of the charging module which takes AT89C52 SCM as the core.
