西门子S7—400H冗余系统在炼焦生产过程中的应用

摘要 采用冗余系统的主要目的是为了减少因某些故障、错误或系统局部停机维护雨导致的损失,停机成本越高,采用冗余系统的价值也就越大。焦化是集冶炼和化工过程于一体的复杂工艺,其控制系统所包含的检测设备众多,工作环境恶劣。任何系统非计划停机均不仅可能影响产品的质量,而且也会缩短设备的使用寿命,甚至可能造成严重的生产安全事故,因而控制系统的可靠性和容错能力对保证焦化的正常生产十分重要。本文结合工程实际,详细描述了西门子S7—400H冗余系统在复杂的炼焦生产中的应用。 The use of redundant system is mainly aimed at reducing the losses which are due to some faults, errors or downtime of partial system, and the higher the cost of shutdown, the greater the worth of adopting redundant system. Coal coking is the complex technology of integrating smelting process and chemical process; the various detecting equipments and instruments are included in the coking control system with its rugged work environment. Any unplanned shut-down of system may not only affect the quality of products, but also would shorten the service life of equipments, even may cause the severe safety accident in production, thus the reliability and fauh-tolerant ability of the control system are very important for guaranteeing the normal coking production. Combining with the engineering practice, the application of Siemens S7--400H redundant system in the complex coking production is elaborated in this paper.
