PBL病案规范化设计与质量监控初探

Discussion of standardized design and quality control of PBL case

PBL病案的优劣直接影响了PBL小组讨论的进展顺利与否以及讨论的效率高低,因此上海医学院对PBL病案的进一步规范化设计以及质量监控开展了初步研究。结果显示学生对病案的总体满意度较高,但在对激发学生兴趣、生动性、提供足够的深度和广度供学生思考和讨论以及培养临床思维等方面尚存在一定差距。因此需对病案设计的层次性、趣味性和挑战性方面进行进一步提高,规范病案设计,持续进行质量监控。

The quality of PBL case directly affects the fluency and efficiency of group discussion. To further s ＇tan ＇dardize design and quality control of PBL case in Shanghai Medical College, primary study has been carried out. The results show that the overall satisfaction of students with PBL case is high, but the interestingness, vitality, depth, extent and clinical thinking training of PBL still remain to improve.
