要有效治理城市群内政府间合作难题,不仅要从理论上阐释区域治理的必要性,更需要全面分析当前城市群内政府间横向合作面临的现实困境,提出有针对性的解决路径,提升城市群内政府间合作的成效。

However the boundaries of the traditional administrative division have been a serious impediment to the cooperation among different cities. In order to sovle this problem, it is essential to take advantage of theory of regional.governance to analyse the current status of intergovernamental cooperation in this regions, as well as to propose targeted solution ways, which can be the key to enhance and improve the quality and effectiveness of cooperation in mega-regions.
