高校继续教育实施特色发展战略意义重大。它是顺应高等教育发展趋势的必然举措,是遵循教育发展规律的内在要求,也是提升竞争实力的根本途径。针对办学理念特色意识不强,师资队伍建设特色不足,管理模式改革创新不够等现状,要从培塑特色办学理念、打造继续教育的特色项目、强化师资队伍特色、提升继续教育的独特品质以及加强体制机制创新,落实特色发展的经费保障等方面进行改革。

It is of great importance to carry out characteristic development in colleges and universities further education, which is a necessary measure to conform the trends of the development of higher education. It is not only the inherent demand for regularity of higher education, but also the fundamental way to promoting competitive strength. In view of the fact that the lack of characteristic school idea and teaching staff construction, and the lack of innovative management model, we should build characteristic school idea, make characteristic project, strengthen teaching staff, promote special quality of further education, emphasize system innovation and ensure the funds.
