摘要
针对某型航空发动机闭环转速控制器引起的转速摆动问题进行研究,分析得出转速控制器是一个典型的比例积分控制器,并建立了转速控制器的AMESim模型。通过模型得到转速控制器的频率特性,发现其截止频率与转速摆动频率重合。分析指出转速摆动量与比例控制器精度的关系,找到了转速摆动的根本原因,并通过设计稳态试验台实现了验证,指出了解决转速摆动和提高控制精度的方法。
This work is dedicated to the research of speed oscillation problem of an aero-engine, which is caused by its closed-loop hydro-mechanical speed controller. Analysis showed that the speed controller was a typical PI controller. The AMESim model of speed controller was established, and frequency response of speed controller was examined based on the model. It was found that the cut-off frequency of controller was identical with that of speed oscillation. Analysis revealed relationship between amplitude of oscillation and accuracy of proportional controller. The origin of speed oscillation was found out; verification for analy- sis was carried out by designing a steady-state test facility. Methods for resolving speed oscillation and im- proving control accuracy were given.
