摘要 用马尔文激光粒度测试仪对自行设计的气动雾化喷嘴的雾化特性进行了实验研究,测量了不同工况下喷雾流场的液滴粒径。根据实验结果,分析了水压、气压、气液比等因素对液滴粒径和均匀性的影响,讨论了液滴粒径随距喷口轴向距离增加的变化规律。最后,利用Fluent软件对喷雾外流场进行了三维数值仿真,其结果与实验结果吻合较好,验证了仿真方法的可行性。 Malvern laser particle size analyzer is used to study the spray characteristics experiment of atom- izing nozzle. The median volume diameter (MVD) under different conditions was measured. According to the test results, the influences of air pressure, hydraulic pressure and gas-liquid ratio to MVD and uniformi- ty were analyzed. Furthermore, the change of the MVD with increasing distance was discussed. The three-dimensional flow field model was built to make numerical simulation by software Fluent. The simula- tion results were consistent with experiment results, which indicated the feasibility of simulation.
