摘要
研究者以专题小组访谈的形式,直面航海类专业大学生所面临的问题,单性专业大学生的学习、生活等方面的现状。调查分析结果表明,半军事化管理方式和异性的缺失对航海类专业大学生的人际交往、责任感、强迫性行为等方面有影响。
We conducted focus-group interviews with university students of marine engineering and of navigation to investigate the effects of single-gender, paramilitary education environment on their learning and social growth. Our findings resulting from the content analysis of the interview data suggest that the use of paramilitary management and lacking opposite gender affect university students' social competence, sense of responsibility, and willingness to participate in non-academic activities.
