景区旅游交通游客满意度调查研究——以武陵源为例

Research on Visitors' Satisfaction with the Scenic Tourist Traffic —A Case Study of Wulingyuan

笔者通过2011年10月的武陵源核心景区问卷调查,研究了游客景区旅游交通满意度。研究显示:游客中男性比女性更愿意选择乘坐旅游交通工具;中青年游客更愿意享用旅游交通带来的便利;景区主要交通设备相比较,索道与人力轿夫的安全度分别为最高和最低;环保车与人力轿夫在旅游价格、游览效果、与周边环境协调性三项指标满意度上均占据最高和最低排名;游客对武陵源景区旅游交通总体感受满意度较高,达到了89%。并就提升游客景区旅游交通满意度提出了建议。

Through the questionnaire on Wulingyuan core scenic area in October 2011, the visitors＇ satisfaction with the scenic tourist traffic is studied. Studies have shown that male tourists are more willing to take the tourist transport than female, young tourists prefer to enjoy the convenience brought by the tourist traffic. Compared the safety of the main scenic transport facilities, the cableway and human bearers are the highest and the lowest. The satisfaction with environmentally friendly vehicles and human bearers occupy the highest and lowest ranking in the tour price, tour results and coordination with the environment. And visitors＇ overall satisfaction with Wulingyuan scenic tourist traffic reaches a height of 89%. The recommendations to enhance the satisfaction of tourists on the tourist traffic are put forward.
