瑞舒伐他汀对PCI患者术后脂联素和高敏C反应蛋白的影响

Effect of Rosuvastatin on Adiponectin and High Sensitive C-reactive Protein in Patients after PCI

【目的】探讨瑞舒伐他汀对经皮冠脉介入治疗（PCI）患者术后脂联素和高敏C反应蛋白的影响。【方法】对在本院行PCI手术的90例冠心病患者分为阿托伐他汀组（20mg／d），低瑞舒伐他汀组（10mg／d），高瑞舒伐他汀组（20mg／d），各30例，在常规治疗时，于术前一周分别给予相应的药物治疗；于术前、术后一周及术后一个月对三组患者血清中的脂联素和高敏C反应蛋白进行检测。【结果】术前三组患者血清中的脂联素和高敏C反应蛋白水平无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；术后一周及一个月，高瑞舒伐他汀组患者血清中的脂联素水平显著高于其他两组，高敏c反应蛋白含量显著低于其他两组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；低瑞舒伐他汀组患者血清中的脂联素水平高于阿托伐他汀组，高敏c反应蛋白含量低于阿托伐他汀组患者，但组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。【结论】对于PCI患者术后应用高剂量的瑞舒伐他汀能够明显升高脂联素水平，同时降低高敏C反应蛋白水平。

[Objective] To explore the effect of rosuvastatin on adiponectin（APN） and high sensitive C-reactive pro- tein（hs-CRP） in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. [Methods] A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI in our hospital were divided into atorvastatin group（20mg/d）, low rosuvastatin group （10mg/d） and high rosuvastatin group（20mg/d） with 30 cases in each group. In routine therapy, corresponding drugs were given a week before PCI. Serum APN and hs-CRP of 3 groups were measured before, one week and one month after PCI. [Results]There was no significant difference in serum levels of APN and hs-CRP among 3 groups before PCI（ P〉0. 05）. Serum APN in high rosuvastatin group a week and a month after PCI was markedly higher than that in other 2 groups, while serum hs-CRP in high rosuvastatin group was markedly lower than that in other 2 groups, and there were sigrfificant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Serum APN in low rosuvastatin group was higher than that in atorvastatin group, while serum hs-CRP in low rosuvastatin group was lower than that in atorvastatin group, but there was no significant difference between 2 groups（ P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] High dose of rosuvastatin can obviously elevate APN and decrease hs-CRP in patients after PCI.
