摘要
【目的】探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)与WBC联合检测在小儿急性下呼吸道感染诊断中的价值。【方法】收集下呼吸道感染患儿病例362例,按照感染因素分为病毒性感染组、支原体感染组、细菌性感染组,同时收集同期同年龄健康体检儿童50例作为健康对照,检测并比较四组CRP含量及WBC计数分类。【结果】细菌性感染组与支原体感染组CRP含量,WN2计数以及中性粒细胞百分比均显著高于病毒性感染组和健康对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P〈o.05);病毒性感染组CRP含量、WBC计数与健康对照组无显著性差异(P〉0.05),病毒性感染组淋巴细胞比例大于健康对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。【结论ICRP与WBC联合检测在小儿下呼吸道感染疾病的诊断过程中具有重要的临床价值,为临床诊断及合理用药提供指导。
[Objective]To explore the value of C-reactive protein(CRP) combined with white blood cell (WBC) count in the diagnosis of children with acute lower respiratory tract infection. [Methods] Totally 362 children with lower respiratory tract infection were collected. According to infection factors, all patients were divided into viral infection group, mycoplasma infection group and bacterial infection group. At the same time, 50 healthy children with the same age were selected as the healthy controls. CRP level and WI3C count were measured and compared among 4 groups. [Results] CRP level, WBC count and neutrophit in bacterial infection group and mycoplasma infection group were higher than those in viral infection group and healthy control group, and there were significant differences( P d0.05). There was no significant difference in CRP level and WBC between viral infection group and healthy control group( P〉0.05). Lymphocyte proportion in viral infection group was higher than that in healthy control group, and there was significant difference( P〈0.05). [Conclusion] CRP combined with WBC count is of important value in the diagnosis of children with lower respiratory tract infection, and can provide the guidance for clinical diagnosis and rational administration.
