摘要
基于现状GIS路网,采用TransCAD的OD矩阵反推技术和Vissim交通微观仿真软件,建立了一套道路施工组织方案的定量分析评价方法体系。以无锡市太湖大道快速化改造为例,根据调查流量数据反推得到高峰小时机动车OD矩阵,采用交通分配方法对各方案下的道路流量变化进行预测,分析得到施工影响范围,对交通组织方案进行了量化评估,并提出了推荐方案。
Based on road network in GIS,the OD matrix estimation with TransCAD software and microscopic simulation with Vissim software are used,a set of quantitative methods to evaluate road construction organization is established. Taking Wuxi Taihu Avenue reconstruction project as an example, based on the survey data , OD matrix of the peak hour motor vehicle is estimated,using traffic assignment method the road traffic changes under various programs are predicted,the construction influence and traffic organization schemes are analyzed and program is recmmended.
