摘要
"中小学教师国家级培训计划"项目绩效评价是建立在需求分析基础上的真实性评价,是关注参培学员培训进程体验及培训效果的表现性评价。该计划置换脱产研修项目绩效评价指标体系构建需要解决一级指标分解技术、观测点的价值取向以及同级中再论高低的评价思想三大核心问题,其评估机构和教师评价范式的有效评价方式有网络问卷调查、深度访谈、平台演练及反思日记等方式。
Performance evaluation for After-replacement Off-the-job Training Program of National Training Plan is an authentic evaluation based on demand analysis,concerning trainees' work progress experiences and work effects.Three core problems,including Level I indicators breakdown technique,observation point value orientation and grading concept of the same level,must be resolved for the establishment of performance evaluation indicators system for After-replacement Off-the-job Training Program of National Training Plan.The effective evaluation methods include on-line questionnaire,deep interview,platform practice,diary-based meditation and so on.
