全肉型日粮对华南虎健康状况的影响

Effect of Whole Meat-type Diet on Health of Panthera tigris amoyensis

为了使圈养华南虎日粮组成更为多样化,用肉类、内脏、禽蛋、鸡骨架搭配模拟动物屠体,并参照猫的营养标准补充维生素和微量元素制成全肉型日粮。结果表明:与纯肉型日粮相比较,饲喂全肉型日粮2年后,华南虎的血清尿素氮和尿酸显著降低。全肉型日粮替代纯肉型日粮不仅能增进华南虎的健康状况,而且能提高其受孕率和繁殖成活率。

In order to make the dietary composition of captive Panthera tigris amoyensis more diverse,meat,offal,pouhry eggs and chicken skeleton were collocated to simulate animal carcasses. By reference to the cat＇s nutritional standards,we concocted whole meat-type diet in which vitamins and trace elements were added.Compared to pure meat-type diet ,feeding whole meat-type diet for two years ,the blood urea nitrogen and uric acid of the Panthera tigris amoyensis were significantly reduced. Substitution pure meat-type diet by whole meat-type diet could not only improve the health status of Panthera tigris arnoyensis, but also enhance the pregnancy rate and survival rate of breeding.
