摘要
从鱼鳞中提取胶原蛋白,制备可食用膜,通过测定其性能指标,如透光率、水溶性、水滴渗透时间等,根据所制备出的膜的性能,对其应用提出建议,以供参考。
The edible film was made from collagen which came from fish scale.The properties of edible film were studied such as light transmission rate, water solubility and so on. Suggestions about application were given.
