挪用与质疑,同一与差异:孙康宜汉学实践的嬗变

从挪用西方文学理论方法与批评术语分析北宋词,到开掘中国文学的独特性并质疑西方文论的普适性,孙康宜的汉学实践体现出其学术理念的成熟和学术立场的转变。从关注中国早期词史演进到关注词史独特现象,从挪用西方文学理论运用于中国词学研究,到重构适合中国文学的理论体系以纠正西方主流话语,孙康宜的汉学实践在词史、性别与咏物词研究中不断转换,其目标指向中西文学比较与理论资源互补。由此,孙康宜的词学研究路径的嬗变,既彰显出华裔汉学家汉学研究实践中的西方理论价值指向与中国立场,也反映出英语世界汉学实践与西方主流思想保持的张力关系,即兼具西学中用与中研西补。

From analyzing Chinese Tz’u poetry by means of Western literary theory and criticism in method to exploring the uniqueness of Chinese literature and questioning the universality of western literary theory,Chang Kang-I Sun’s sinological study develops and changes step by step.It shows her maturity of academic concepts and transformation of her academic position.Chang Kang-I Sun’s sinology practice transforms among the research on the history of Chinese Tz’u poetry,gender and Yongwu Tz’u which points to the comparison between Chinese and Western literature and the complementation of theoretical resources.The path of Chang Kang-I Sun＇s sinological practice not only reflects Chinese American sinologists’Western theoretical value and Chinese position but also shows the relationship between sinological studies in English-speaking world and Western mainstream ideology.That is to say it corrects Western theories by means of Chinese study as well as learning from Western theories for Chinese study.
