国内民族院校科研活动分析与对策研究——以广西民族大学为例

Analysis of Scientific Research Activities in Domestic Colleges and Universities for Nationalities——with the Example of Guangxi University for Nationalities

民族院校是党和国家为解决我国国内民族问题而建立的综合性普通高等院校,研究其科研活动发展规律对于促进民族院校又好又快发展具有现实意义。文章分析了广西民族大学的科研活动现状,找出制约民族院校科研活动的因素,在科研体制改革、人才队伍和平台建设、科研管理和评估激励制度、成果转化等方面提出相关对策。

Colleges and universities for nationalities are comprehensive higher colleges and universities that are buih for solving China＇s domestic national problems. In this case, studying their developing rules of scientific research activities are meaningful for promoting these colleges and universities for nationalities to develop well and strongly. The paper analyzes the status quo of scientific research activities in Guangxi University for Nationalities, finds out the factors that curb these activities and puts forward some related countermeasures about the reform of scientific research system, the construction of talent pool and platform, the management and evaluation incentive system and the commercialization of research findings.
