二种缝线运用于无张力疝修补术的临床分析

Clinical analysis of tension-free herniorrhaphy with two sutures

目的探讨运用二种不同缝线固定修补材料对无张力疝修补术后复发、切口感染、术后慢性疼痛等并发症发生的相关性。方法随访并分析2008年4月至2010年4月收治的250例腹股沟疝行无张力疝修补手术患者。结果二组患者发生术后复发、切口感染、术后切口疼痛(包括慢性疼痛)的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹股沟疝无张力修补术后复发、切口感染、慢性疼痛等并发症的发生与缝线选择并无明显相关性。术者的操作技巧,严格的无菌原则,止血彻底,组织损伤小等才是防止术后感染、慢性疼痛等并发症的重要因素。

Objective To explore the correlations among recurrence of complications,incision infection, chronic pain after herniorrhaphy with two kinds of different suture repair materials. Methods A total of 250 cases with inguinal hernia applied with tension-free herniorrhaphy during April 2008 to April 2010 were analyzed and followed. Results The differences in two groups of patients with postoperative recurrence, incision infection, and postoperative incision pain （including chronic pains） were not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The incidences of complications with recurrence, incision infection, and chronic pains were not associated with suture selection. Operating skills of the surgeon, strict aseptic principles, thorough hemostasis, and small tissue damage are critical to prevent complications of infection, chronic pain and others.
