摘要
目的探讨聚酯网塞在疝环填充式无张力疝修补术中的手术方法和临床应用,并总结经验。方法回顾性分析2011年4月至2012年2月收治的49例腹股沟疝采用疝环填充式无张力疝修补术的临床资料。结果患者均治愈,49例患者全部在局麻下完成,手术切口无感染,全部一期愈合。结论聚酯网塞的组织相容性好,无排异反应,局麻下行聚酯网塞疝环填充式无张力疝修补术操作简便,损伤小,恢复快,是一种安全、有效的疝修补术。
Objective To explore the operation technique and application of polyester plug in tension-free inguinal herniorrhaphy. Methods A total of 49 patients with inguinal hernia treated by tension-free inguinal hemiorrhaphy with plyester plug were retrospeetive]y analysed from April 2011 to February 2012. Results The patients in this group were cured. Of all,49 of them took operations with local anesthesia. No wound infection was observed and all wounds own 1 st-degree healing. Conclusions The histoeompatibility of polyester mesh plug was satisfied without any rejection reaction. The polyester mesh plug hernia ring filling tension-free repair operation with local anesthesia is simple with small damage, quick recovery and is a safe, effeetive hernia repair surgery.
