摘要
同轴度量规是根据控制实效边界原则设计的 ,通过对偏离值补偿法及引入附加值 F法两种方法的比较 ,详细分析了两种方法对零件造成的误判率 ,从而得出了符合装配性能要求的同轴度量规设计方法。
The axiality gauge is designed as per the principle of controlling boundary with actual effect. Comparing the deviation value compensation with the method of leading added value F , the author makes a detailed analysis of the erroneous judgement rate caused by these two methods, hence developing a design method for the axiality gauge which meets the assembling performance requirement.
