简论工作集纳在新疆培养班日常管理工作中的重要作用和实施方法

Function of Work Experience Collection from Xinjiang Training Class in Daily Management Work and Implementation Methods

新疆培养班的日常管理,是一项全新的管理工作,没有现成经验可借鉴。笔者根据在新疆培养班日常管理工作中的实践经验,简论工作集纳对新疆培养班教育教学、学生管理等日常管理工作的重要作用,并探索形成一套师生共同参与、积极互动的实施方法,有效提升少数民族毕业生培养工作的效果。

The daily management work in Xinjiang training class is a new work which has no references to follow. The paper, based on the experience which the author got from the Xinjiang training class, expounds the function of work experience collection to the teaching and daily management work of Xinjiang training class and tends to explore a set of implementation methods to enhance the cultivation effect on the ethnic graduates.
