摘要
通过确定酸雨的涵义,在分析工业化时期酸雨形成机制的基础上,介绍不同地区酸雨的控制目标。指出酸雨对人类的生产和生活产生严重危害,提出不断完善环境法规建设,加强环保执法力度;调整能源结构,优化能源质量;加快二氧化硫治理技术研究,加速设备的国产化进程等治理酸雨的措施。
Through defining acid rain and analyzing formation mechanism of acid rain in the industrialization period, acid rain control objectives in different regions were introduced. Severe hazards of acid rain on production and life of people were pointed out, and acid rain treatment measures were proposed as： enhancing construction of environmental laws, devoting more efforts in imple- menting environment protection laws, adjusting energy structure, optimizing quality of energy, accelerating researches on SO2 control technology and localization of treatment facilities.
