几种市售杀菌剂对小麦赤霉菌的毒力测定

Toxicity Determination of Several Fungicides against Fusarium graminearum indoor

[目的]筛选具有较佳防治效果的小麦赤霉病杀菌剂。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法,测定7种杀菌剂对小麦赤霉菌的抑菌作用。[结果]戊唑醇、己唑醇、甲基硫菌灵和氟菌唑的抑菌效果较好,其EC50分别为0.515、0.679、0.732、0.825mg/L;腈菌唑的抑菌效果次之,EC50为1.720mg/L;丙环唑、三唑酮的抑菌效果较差,EC50分别为10.375、38.840mg/L。[结论]该研究为筛选防治赤霉病杀菌剂品种,指导农户正确选药、科学用药具有重要的现实意义。

[Objective] The aim was to select fungicides which have good control effect against Fusadum graminearum. [Method] The bacteriostatic effect of seven kinds fungicides to Fusariurn graminearum was determined indoor by mycelinm growth rate method. [Resuit] The results show that the bacteriostatic effect of Tebuconzol,Hexaconazole, Triophanate-methyl and Triflumizole was better, their ECs0 were respectively 0.515, 0.679, 0.732 and 0.825 mg/L. Followed by Myclobutanil, its ECso was 1.720 mg/L. The bacteriostatic effect of Propiconazole and Triadimefon was relatively poor, their EC50 were respectively 10.375 and 38.840 mg/L. [Conclusion] The study has important practical significance to select fungicides which have good control effect against Fusarium gramineanun, and guide famers correctly select and scientifically using pesticides.
