胃周韧带异常改变的CT分析

Abnormal CT Images of Extrastomach Ligment in 52 Cases of Related Diseases

目的 提高对胃周韧带异常 CT表现和相关疾病诊断的认识。方法 对本组 5 2例 ,其中急性坏死性胰腺炎 1 7例、肝硬化门静脉高压 1 6例、转移瘤 1 8例、恶性淋巴瘤 1例 ,所致的胃周韧带异常 CT征象进行了分析。结果 急性坏死性胰腺炎所致胃周韧带呈斑片状改变 ;肝硬化门静脉高压所致的静脉曲张成团 ;转移瘤和恶性淋巴瘤呈肿块状改变。结论 CT扫描能清楚地显示急性坏死性胰腺炎、肝硬化门静脉高压、转移瘤及恶性淋巴瘤所致的胃周韧带改变。

Objective To improve the recognization of abnormal CT images of extrastomach ligment in related diseases.Methods 52 cases of abnormal CT images of extrastomach ligment including 17 acute necropancreatitis,16 hepatocirrhosis with portal hypertension,18 metastases,1 malignant lymphoma were analysed.Results The extrastomach ligment displayed irregular speck shape in acute necropancreatitis,dumpling shape (expanded tortuous veins) in hepatocirrhosis with portal hypertension,and mass shape in metastases and lymphomas.Conclusion CT scan imaging can clearly display the abnormal extrastomach ligment in acute necropancreatitis,hepatocirrhosis with portal hypertension,metastases and lymphomas.
