摘要
目的 评估 CT检查对鼻咽癌诊治中的重要价值。方法 回顾性分析 6 0例鼻咽癌患者的 CT表现。 48例为平扫加增强 ,8例直接增强 ,4例平扫。其中横面 6 0例 ,冠状面 2 6例。结果 CT对鼻咽癌的原发部位 ,浸润范围、途径和颈淋巴结转移情况显示较佳。横断面 CT扫描和冠状面 CT扫描联合应用可以提高鼻咽癌 CT诊断的准确性。结论 CT确诊鼻咽部肿瘤以及其侵犯周围组织途径及范围有很大价值 。
Objective To assess the value of CT application in the diagnosis of nasopharyneal carcinoma.Methods CT appearances of 60 patients with nasopharyneal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.Both plain and enhancement CT scannings were made in 48 cases,8 cases with contrast CT and 4 cases with plain CT only.60 cases with axial view were scanned,and 26 cases with coronal and axial view.Results The original location,invansive range and channels,and lymph node metastasis of nasopharyneal carcinoma could be showed clearly by CT imaging.Combining axial and coronal CT imaging could improve the accurency in diagnosing nasopharyneal carcinoma.Conclusion In the diagnosis of nasopharyneal carcinoma and in the judgement of invasive range,CT imaging has very important value and it also makes contribution to operation design.
