不同吸附剂对白酒异嗅物质去除的研究 被引量:15

摘要 实验对比了三大类共27种吸附剂对白酒中的16种异嗅物质(4-甲基苯酚、4-乙基苯酚、4-乙烯基苯酚、苯酚、愈创木酚、4-甲基愈创木酚、4-乙基愈创木酚、4-丙基愈创木酚、4-乙烯基愈创木酚、土味素、2-庚醇、3-辛醇、1-辛烯-3-醇、1-辛烯-3-酮、反式-2-辛烯-1-醇、反式-2-壬烯醛)的去除情况。采用浸入式固相微萃取(DI-SPME)结合气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对处理前后的酒样进行快速检测,计算其去除率。结果发现树脂的去除效果优于凹凸棒土、硅藻土、皂土和酒用活性炭,其中大孔阴离子交换树脂D730、D202和SD333对异嗅物质的总体去除效果最好。 Three types of twenty-seven adsorbents were selected to study the removal efficiency of 16 off-odors, including 4- methylphenol, 4 - ethylphenol, 4 - vinylphenol, phenol, guaiacol, 4 - methylguaiacol, 4 - ethylguaiacoi, 4- propylguaiacol,4-vinylguaiacol, geosmin,2- heptano1,3-octanol, 1- octen-3- ol, 1 - octen-3- one, E-2- octen- 1 -ol and E-2-nonenaI.Direct immersion-solid phase microextraction(DI-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography -mass spectrometry(GC-MS),a rapid and accurate method,were employed to quantify the volatile off-odors. The results showed that resins had better removal efficiency than attapulgite clay, diatomaceous earth, bentonite and activated carbon. Generally, the macroporous anion- exchange resin D730, D202 and SD333 had the best removal effect.
