In this paper,the author stated about the feature,parameters agricuiturai and fishery small crafts of the and the factoys should be considered in the design,in light of his experience of design and construction.Three formulae of simple criterion for the small crafts in the Rules and Regulations for the Stability of Inland Ship were also discussed.
