56例人工全膝关节置换术后的康复护理

Rehabilitation nursing of 56 patients after total knee replacement

目的：观察56例人工全膝关节置换术患者术后康复护理的效果。方法：选择接受人工全膝关节置换术的患者56例62个膝关节，术后给予系统康复护理训练。结果：术后所有患者获得4个月-5年随访，采用HSS膝关节评分标准，其中优46膝（74％），良12膝（19％），优良率93％。结论：人工膝关节患者术后给予良好的康复护理训练能减少膝关节并发症，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To study the effect of convalescent trainings on patients after total keen replacement. Methods：62 keens of 56 patients were treated with total keen replacement,all of the patients received convalescent trainings after postoperatively. Result ：Of the patients were followed up for 4 months to 5 years,the knee joints were examined and evaluated with HSS standard,46 cases graded excellent and 12 good with a good rate of 93%. Conclusion：Convalescent trainings can improve the function of i oiut patients after total keen replacement.
