推进我国水路内贸标准集装箱运输的几点思考

Thoughts on Promoting Waterway Transport of Standard Containers for the Domestic Trade in China

根据国际水运市场的最新发展态势 ,围绕现代物流业的重要环节 ,从我国港航企业的生产实际出发 ,率先提出了大力发展水路内贸标准集装箱运输的新思路。本文通过上海港龙吴港务公司内贸标准集装箱业务的发展历程 ,深入分析了我国水路内贸标准集装箱运输飞速发展的成因 ,详尽阐述了内贸标准集装箱运输在顺应现代物流业的发展、促进港航企业产业结构调整以及提高装卸运输效率和质量方面的优越性 ,从而加深了对发展我国水路内贸标准集装箱运输事业必要性的认识。最后 ,笔者在多年实践的基础上 ,认真剖析了目前物流业 ,特别是水路内贸标准集装箱装卸运输中存在的困难和问题 ,有针对性地提出了今后的发展策略。

In recent years,modern logistics have been developing with great momentum as it becomes a new demand of the market and a growing point in econmy.More and more people come into the research on it.In this article,the authors,in accordance with the latest tendency of both the international and domestic water transport market,put forward a whollynew idea-to develop the Water Transport of Standard Containers for the Domestic Trade(hereinafter referred to as WTSCDT).Putting it into practice,Shanghai Harbor Longwu Port Operation Co.opened the first line of WTSCDT and has achieved quick development.With great efforts made,WTSCDT has become one of the key links in modern logistics.As the general manager of Longwu,Mr Bao,one of the authors,based on his years' practice,expounds the advantages of WTSCDT,such as complying with the change of international transport methods,restructuring the industrial layout of ports and lines in China,and promoting handling efficiency and quality.Therefore,he comes to the conclusion that it is necessary for our government and relevant corporations to develop WTSCDT.Finally,the authors make an insight look into the existing problems and difficulties in modern logistics,especially in WTSCDT.Accrdingly,they submit the solution and strategy for the further developmemt.
