摘要
当系统元件受到很多独立因素影响时,本文以矿井提升系统中的铜丝绳为例,利用可靠性理论,给出它的可靠性评估及安全系数的计算,并利用更新极限定理,在其寿命为正态分布的情况下,通过一个近似方程,得到了最佳更换策略。为制订合理的维修更换制度提供了理论依据。
In this paper, we study two problems through an example of wire ropes in mine hoisting system by means of the reliability theory. First of all, we give out the reliability evaluation and the calculation of the safety coeffieient of the wire ropes, then we obtain the optimal renewal policies on the condition that service life of wire ropes is normally distribu-ted, by using renewal limit theory and an approximate equation, providing a theoretical basis for making the optimal renewal system
