P-T燃油系柴油机的故障诊断系统

摘要 介绍了针对P -T燃油系柴油机的特点设计的一套便携式故障诊断系统。采用非接触定位信号 ,解决了无高压油管柴油机无法用提取高压脉冲传感信号来确定缸位的问题。对发动机的一系列参数进行了综合测试 ,并参照厂家的技术要求对发动机的故障进行诊断 ,为柴油机的维修与管理提供了依据。实际应用表明 ,该系统在起动电流法测缸漏方面简便有效。 The protable fault diagnosis system was designed according to the features of the diesel engine with P-T fuel system. The problem, that is, the high pressure pulse sensor signal cannot be obtained because there is not the high-pressure line, was solved through the non contact orientation signal. The engine faults can be diagnosed according to the comparison of these measured parameters of the engine with the technical requirements provided by the engine manufacturers. Therefore, the evidences of maintenance and management can be gained for the diesel engines. The practical application shows that the measurement system, especially with respect to the method for measuring gas leakage from cylinder by starting electrical current, is very convenient and effective.
