护理干预在腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤中的应用体会

Nursing Intervention Experience of iaparoscopic treatment of uterine fibroids

目的：研究分析腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤患者的临床护理干预效果。方法：选取我院2010年1月-2011年12月，两年间收治的60例采用腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的患者作为研究对象，随机将60例患者分为两组，对照组30例，治疗组30例。对照组30例患者实施常规性的腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤术后护理，治疗组30例患者在实施常规性的腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤术后护理的同时，实施个性化护理干预。记录并对比两组患者护理情况，分析两组患者焦虑评分、舒适度评分和满意度评分差异。结果；两组患者入院时焦虑评分无显著差异，出院时观察组患者焦虑评分较对照组患者焦虑评分明显下降，两组患者焦虑评分差异明显；出院时观察组患者舒适度评分和满意度评分均高于对照组患者，两组患者差异明显。结论：对实施在腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的患者术后开展个性化护理，有利于降低患者术后焦虑评分，提高患者舒适度评分和满意度评分，对改善患者术后治疗效果有较高价值，值得临床广为推广。

Result：Two groups of patients admitted to no significant difference when anxiety score, observer group at the time of hospital discharge in patients with anxiety scores de- creased significantly in anxiety scores than the control group, both groups anxiety score in patients with significant differences, observer group at the time of hospital discharge in patients with comfort rating and satisfaction scores than the control group patients, two groups of patients with signifi- cant differences. Conclusion：Implemented in laparoscopic treatment of postoperative hysteromyoma patients personalized care, help reduce anxiety in postoperative patients with score, improved ratings of patient comfort and satisfaction ratings, higher value to improving the postoperative treatment results in patients with and worthy clinical widely promoted.
