指背系列皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的应用

目的：探讨指背系列皮瓣修复手指皮肤及软组织缺损的方法以及临床效果。方法；选2011年至2012在皮肤科就诊的选择手指皮肤缺损患者80例共112指。对所有患者采用手指背系列皮瓣修复皮肤受损的手指。通过1到4个月的随访观察记录皮肤患处修复情况检测手功能并进行评估。结果：临床应用80例112个皮瓣。其中有110个皮瓣完全成活，2个皮瓣出现了表皮层坏死，经换药后自愈。屈伸手指功可达健侧手指的80％到90％，优70指，良27指，可15指。结论：指背系列皮瓣因与手指皮肤软组织缺损区接近，血运可靠，可以对手指创面进行安全、简便地修复。

Objective：To study the refers to back series skin flap to repair soft tissue defect of finger skin and method and clinical effect. Methods： Choose 2011 to 2012 in dermatology clinic choice finger skin defect in 80 cases patients with a total of 112 refers to. For all patients using finger back series skin flap to repair the skin damaged fingers. Through the 1 to 4 months of follow--up observation record skin diseases repairing situation in the hand function testing and evaluation. Result： The clinical application of 80 cases of 112 flap, of which there are 110 flaps survived completely, 2 flap appeared the epidermis layer necrosis, the dressing after self healing. Flexion and fingers work can reach the contralateral finger 80% to 90 %, optimal 70 refers to, good 27 refers to, can refer to 15. Conclusion.. Refers to back series with the finger flap skin and soft tlssure defect zone close, blood supply reliable, can the finger wound for safety, easy to repair.
