“解毒胶囊”在尖锐湿疣远期疗效中防治作用的观察

Observation of Long term Effect of “Toxin Removing Capsule”in Treating Pointed Condyloma

为探讨治疗尖锐湿疣的远期疗效 ,将 1 80例患者在用CO2 激光消除疣体后 ,随机分为空白组、转移因子治疗组、干扰素治疗组、解毒胶囊治疗组 ,对其复发率作了比较。结果 :解毒胶囊组用药 3个月以后的复发率 ,明显低于其他各组 (P <0 .0 1 )。提示中药“解毒胶囊”制剂对防治尖锐湿疣的复发有明显的疗效。

To observe the long term effect of the capsule in the treatment of pointed condyloma,180 cases,whose condyloma bodies were removed by CO 2 laser,were randomly classified into control group,transfer factort group,interferon group and “Toxin Removing Capsule”group and the recurrence rates of all groups were compared.Results showed lower recurrence rate in “Toxin Removing Capsule”group than in any other groups (P<0.01)after 3 month treatment,indicating that “Toxin Removing Capsule”could significantly prevent the recurrence of pointed condyloma.
